Unexpected challenge, but great staff

When the toilet clogged upon arrival, the staff jumped in to assist immediately, making an awkward moment surprisingly light-hearted.

The noise from the little league event in the lobby was overwhelming, disrupting the peace we were hoping for .

Beautiful hotel with great amenities

The pool was a hit with my kids, and our room was both gorgeous and comfy. The staff were friendly, but due to some loud guests, the experience was slightly marred. It would be great if they had more personnel on duty during busy nights.

Everything was very good, had a pleasant stay for my Son's Wedding. Comfy bed made my room new-fashioned and updated. The staff were amiable and consistently courteous hole time of my stay. The breakfast was delicious and rich, the pool area was nice.

The beds were very comfortable, rooms clean, and the staff were very friendly.

I was disappointed there wasn't a hot tub in the pool area. Used the stairs a few times because there was a heavy demand for the elevators. The stairs could use a touch up (paint, cleanliness).

The room was modern and clean, a nice surprise. The beds were comfy, and I slept well. I had to ask for cleaning services. The shampoo and other toiletries weren't refilled automatically either, a bit annoying.

The location was excellent, with easy access to various bars and restaurants. The room offered a fine city view which enhanced our experience at night. The bed was comfortable!

I did notice some noise from the nearby traffic, somewhat distracting during the late hours.

Fast check-in and out. Good restaurants nearby. Quiet and reasonably convenient.

Hotel has seen better days. Carpet in room was worn out and stained. Adjustable air mattress bed was a torture rack and neither of us had a good nights sleep as a result.
